What is ConSuLink?

The Consumer Service information system ConSuLink is an integrated system that supports the entire workflow in a Consumer Service department. The system supports the following actions:

• registering customer particulars and recognizing ‘known’ customers;
• showing the contact history of the ‘known’ customer;
• recording the response;
• structuring and monitoring the entire handling process;
• rapidly detecting impending incidents;
• reporting and analyzing the total response flow.

ConSuLink is an extensive, efficient and user-friendly system for processing consumer responses. The feedback from our customers, the users of ConSuLink, has been at the heart of the development of the package ever since 1992.

Besides the already extremely extensive basic functionality, ConSuLink also offers numerous optional modules, which extend ConSuLink's functionality in specific areas.

ConSuLink is available in Dutch, English, German and French versions, but delivery in other languages is also possible. Support is also available in all these languages.
